The Connection Centre is a heart-warming hub on the Farm that is split into three rooms - the Volunteer Room, Education Room, and Training Kitchen and Classroom. These spaces can be rented separately or altogether.

Volunteer Room - Our Volunteer Room is perfect for hosting small workshops, arts and crafts activities, breakout spaces, board meetings for 10 people, or small school groups. It has a large wooden table that seats 8 comfortably, a two-seater sofa, a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, sink etc and direct access to an accessible Toilet.

Education Room - Our Education Room is great for small workshops or meetings or educational activities for up to 10 people. It has two to three tables (depending on your needs), chairs and a worktop with a sink, kettle, mugs etc.

Training Kitchen and Classroom - Our Training Kitchen and Classroom offers a bright space in the heart of the Farm that is dedicated for small community cooking and feasting activities. The space has two ceramic hobs, two electric ovens, two sinks (one for handwashing) and tables/seating for up to 20 people. It is fully equipped with pans, plates, mugs, utensils etc. It has double doors onto a small courtyard that face the allotments, which is currently being development into an outdoor cooking and feasting space.

Community Building

Our Community Room is a larger earthy, and clean space that sits next to the Farm office and café. This bright, airy space is perfect for Birthday parties, family gatherings, meetings, training events, workshops, and other community activities. There is a sink, kettle and worktop space for you to bring your own refreshments/food in for your event. You are also welcome to put up your own decorations as long as they come down afterwards.

Boiling Wells Woodland and Amphitheatre

Boiling Wells is a magical 2.5 acre woodland site with a large wooden 150 people amphitheatre, an outdoor banqueting kitchen with cob pizza oven, a beautiful crux frame barn and decking, a round-house with living roof and wood burner, terraced growing spaces and fruit trees, walking trails, campfire circles etc.

Boiling Wells is a green oasis away from the bustle of the city, making it the perfect space for outdoor theatre, open air musical productions, nature connection and land-based educational activities, community events, day-time celebrations, and Woodland Weddings. It is proudly off-grid which means it has no electricity supply (and patchy 4G) but has running water, gas bottles for the kitchen and compost toilets.

The space is utilised for a range of activities that aren't easily accessed elsewhere within the city, often supporting vulnerable children and adults. As such, it is of great educational and environmental importance and we ask that your event reflects this and that those present relate as stewards to the space.
