We care for four outdoor sites offering an open access farm and gardens all year round. We are now open for visitors 11am - 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. During the week, we remain closed to visitors as we want to ensure the safety and comfort of our volunteers, trainees and young people on our small site.

If you would like to find out more about accessing the Farm during the week or getting involved in one of our volunteer projects, please send us an email on office@swcityfarm.co.uk or call us on 0117 9428241

All our sites are located in and around Ashley Vale, St Werburghs, Bristol. BS2 9YJ

Travelling on foot or by bicycle

There are several ways of reaching us - the easiest is to walk or cycle through the railway tunnel on Mina Road, or alternatively take one of the footpaths running alongside the Allotments or Narroways nature reserve.

Travelling by bus

Take the Number Five bus from the City Centre to the stop on James Street / Glenfrome Road and walk down Mina Road.

Travelling by car

Drive down to the end of Mina Road and take the first left after the graffiti tunnel onto Watercress Road.

Parking can be quite limited on Watercress Road, so often parking before the tunnel and walking two minutes to the main Farm site, past our Community Garden, is a better option.

Our Boiling Wells site is further down on a private road, so you definitely need to park your car near the Farm then walk down the lane to access this site.
