22.5hrs pw, £26,999—£30,504 (SCP 23-27) pro rata per annum
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to co-ordinate the development, maintenance and use of the Farm’s sites and facilities. In this varied and exciting role, you will work with other Farm staff to ensure our sites are welcoming, accessible and in line with our core values.
Our sites are central to everything we do at the Farm. We use our 2 acre small-holding, 1 acre Community Garden and 2.5 acre conservation woodland to deliver targeted community services and offer a free-to-use City Farm for up to 40,000 local visitors.

We are searching for the 2020 Farm Summer Fair Legend!
This internship is funded by the University of Bristol therefore applications can only be recent or current UoB graduates.
The Farm hosts a number of fundraisers each year and the Farm Summer Fair is the highlight of the calendar, often attracting over 4000 visitors in one day. We are teaming up with the University of Bristol to seek a multi-skilled, enthusiastic and experienced person to assist in the coordination the Farm Summer Fair. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in the planning and coordination of one of Bristol’s best loved community events, and is ideally suited to anyone looking to develop skills in event management or the charity sector.
The post holder will work with and support other Farm Fair Coordinators to plan, organise and execute a safe and successful Farm Summer Fair Saturday 13th June 2020, seeking to generate a sizeable income whilst bringing the community together to celebrate local artists & musicians, sustainability, local projects and initiatives, and food.
Deadline for applications is Wednesday 5th March.
Interviews will take place on Wednesday 12th March.
The successful candidate will be asked to work the weekend of the 28th March at our Spring Event to gain experience on how our events run and the sites we have access to. They must also be available to work a minimum of 37.5 hours on the week of the Farm Summer Fair (Saturday 13th June).
